By contrasting the pristine 1997 marine habitat with the industrial crisis of 2024, the project utilizes Unity-based sensory substitution. As visual clarity diminishes due to land reclamation and turbidity, users must navigate using a simulated bio-sonar mechanic. This digital narrative bridges ecological data and empathy, allowing participants to experience the survival struggles of this iconic species amidst increasing anthropogenic stressors and acoustic pollution.
