One Day of an ADHD

“One Day of an ADHD” drops you into the mind of someone whose brain works against them. You have a simple goal: get ready and leave the house. But every mundane task — turning off the lights, finding your keys, getting dressed — drains your dopamine, blurs your vision, and pulls your attention toward the guitar in the corner, the package by the door and the plant that really needs watering. You know what you need to do. You just cannot make yourself do it. This is not laziness. This is ADHD.
